On the afternoon of March 4, 2018, Mr. Xu Hongjun, Chairman of Galaxy Investment, President and Chairman of Jiangdu Science and Technology, gave a profound explanation to the participants of the second training course on young backbone employees on the subject of "Experience and Reflection on Management".

 

Chairman Xu discussed three issues: improving professional quality, improving management skills and building excellent teams.
