Jiangxi Electric Machinery Factory is set up by the mainland construction personnel supported by Shenyang, Shanghai and other places, of which six workshops are engaged in the maintenance and manufacturing of transformers.
1968
The sixth workshop of Jiangxi Electric Machinery Factory was moved to Lehua Commune in Xinjian County, Nanchang City as a whole, and the transformer branch of Jiangxi Electric Machinery Factory was established. In the same year, the first 10MVA/110kV power transformer of Jiangbian substation was successfully developed.
1979
The transformer branch of Jiangxi Electric Machinery Factory has been approved by Jiangxi Provincial People's Government to be established as Jiangxi Transformer Factory.
1987
Jiangxi Transformer Factory successfully developed and produced SFP-90000/220 power transformer.
1989
The developed and produced ZHSFPT-90000/110 direct drop rectifier transformer was officially put into operation, establishing the position of a backbone enterprise manufacturing rectifier transformer products in China.
1996
The company's project "Development of 220kV Rectifier Transformer Production Technology Transformation Project" was officially implemented after the approval of the State Economic and Trade Commission, becoming an earlier enterprise in the industry to develop 220kV rectifier transformers.
1997
SFSZ11-30000/132-TH transformers exported to Malaysia in bulk are shipped by the company's own railway.
1998
The overall restructuring of Jiangxi Transformer Factory into Jiangxi Transformer Co., Ltd. marks an important step forward from the planned economy to the market economy, and an important improvement in management mode and operational autonomy.
2000
On December 28, Jiangxi Transformer Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Jiangxi Transformer Co., Ltd. as the main body with the approval of Jiangxi Provincial People's Government.
2001
The company's first set of ZHSFPTB-43420/220 voltage regulating rectifier transformer was put into operation in Sichuan New Guangxing Aluminum Co., Ltd., thus becoming one of the backbone enterprises in the production of high-voltage and high-capacity rectifier transformers in China.
2002
Guangxi Beihai Galaxy High tech Industry Co., Ltd. reorganized Jiangxi Transformer Technology Co., Ltd., which laid a solid foundation for the enterprise to transform its operating mechanism and improve its management mode, and provided a good platform for subsequent operation and development.
2003
The company implemented the technical transformation project of producing special transformers approved by the state as the seventh batch of national debt special fund project, and invested 60 million yuan to build a perfect production system for manufacturing 330kV and below transformers.
2005
The two OSFPSZ9-240000/330 power transformers produced by the company were successfully delivered to Lanzhou Aluminum Hewan Power Generation Co., Ltd., which is the first 330kV power transformer produced by the company.
2006
All 10 sets of ZHSFPTB-382740/220 rectifier transformers were exported to India, marking a solid step forward for Jiangbian Technology to make high-quality products and expand overseas markets.
2007
The company once again undertook 24 sets of rectifier transformer products from Vedanta, India, with a total contract amount of US $73 million.
2008
The company signed a supply contract for rectifier transformer of 1150000 tons electrolytic aluminum project with Malaysia Qili Aluminum Group, creating a new record for the self operated export contract amount of Jiangbian Technology.
2009
The Project of Developing 500kV Ultrahigh Voltage Transformer and Railway Electrified Traction Transformer, which the company applied for approval, was approved by Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission and submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission for approval. As a technical transformation project of Jiangxi machinery industry, it was included in the central investment project of national key industry revitalization and technical transformation in 2009.
2014
As a representative of the machinery industry in Jiangxi Province, the company was awarded the honorary title of "National Advanced Collective in Machinery Industry" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Machinery Industry Federation.
2015
The Outline of Enterprise Development Plan for 2015-2020 was adopted, which clarifies the key points of the company's future development plan and points out the direction of enterprise development, and is of great significance in the development history of Jiangbian Science and Technology.
2016
The SFPFZ-360000/220 double split power transformer for photovoltaic power generation undertaken by the company in Ningxia Baofeng Group was successfully tested in June of the same year, marking the company's great breakthrough in the field of new energy products.
2017
The company broke through the bottleneck of output and achieved an output of more than 20 million MVA, creating a new record of Jiangbian's production capacity, marking the continuous enhancement of the company's comprehensive strength.
2018
The company's value-added business has achieved rapid growth for five consecutive years, constantly breaking new historical highs.
2019
The company's "four-wheel drive" strategy has achieved initial results, and various business indicators have been significantly improved.
