In the second stage, Tang Jie, the general manager, deployed the company's business objectives and work arrangements for the second half of 2019, and put forward for the first time the strategy of "expanding open source to the outside world, strengthening efficiency internally, implementing the" four-wheel drive "(large transformer main business, value-added business, power distribution business, general contracting business), reversing the adverse situation, and making rapid progress see actual results." At the same time, it also broke down the main business indicators in the second half of the year, and put forward specific work requirements and goals for human resource optimization, improving production efficiency and quality, improving technology and process level, and building and creating a new company. At present, the effective contract output is 9 million KVA, and the effective contract output will be 1 million KVA. With the successive launch of Baiyinhua and Wenshan Aluminum projects, the company will usher in a production and operation climax from now on.

In order to fully realize the company's business objectives in the second half of the year and go all out to meet the climax of production and operation, Cai Pengfei, the secretary of the Party Committee, made a mobilization speech at the meeting. It was pointed out that the objectives formulated by the company should be firmly implemented, the six indicators are interrelated, and each department should have a holistic view of its work. Focusing on the decomposition of six indicators, Secretary Cai put forward five requirements: 1. Exert the power of the whole plant, achieve the goal in an all-round way and seize the opportunity to get out of the predicament. 2. Always bite the target. 3. Aim at the target and do everything possible to implement it. 4. The leaders of all departments should give full play to the spirit of struggle, hard work and no time to wait. 5. Start from me, take the initiative to overcome difficulties, and take "can you solve problems" as a reference to measure the ability of management cadres. Secretary Cai stressed that we should unite as one and work together to improve production and operation.

Xu Hongjun, chairman of Galaxy Investment and the company's chairman, made an important speech at the end of the meeting. Xu affirmed the company's achievements in power transformer design optimization in recent years, and again emphasized the importance of establishing a market-oriented learning organization. For the future development of the company, Chairman Xu put forward three requirements: 1. The company should transform from a transformer manufacturer to a transformer manufacturer and service provider; 2. "Grains from saline alkali land" to adapt to changes in market environment; 3. Closely link the development of the enterprise with the quality of life of the company's employees. At the same time, Xu Dong expects that the company must complete all the tasks and objectives in the second half of the year, and that the employees can create a wolf like cultural atmosphere and stimulate the vitality of the enterprise through their own quality improvement!
